Rental inventory has remained low and prices remained escalating in Charlotte for some time. But, we may now be seeing the first signs of that slowing down, at least Uptown. It seems that renters are now seeking to rent in center city neighborhoods just outside of Uptown, such as SouthEnd and NoDa (which looks like it will be renamed to NorthEnd) to save money on rent.
