Matthew Tringali » Partner
Matthew was born in Boston at a very young age, but eventually saw the light, moved to North Carolina, attended NC State University and then moved to Charlotte in 2001 and has worked in local real estate since 2003. His early real estate career included project management on renovation and sales of local single family residential real estate, focusing his work with investors on acquisitions and development and then expanding his career working with retail buyers and sellers. During the real estate downturn, he recognized that his listings would not sell, so he approached his sellers about property management and birthed Group 15 Real Estate with a combined focus on management and sales. When not working you will either find him spending fun time with his family, reading a book or attending an NC State sporting event.
