While we believe our PRIMARY MARKETING PLAN is the most effective and proven strategy for selling a home we also recognize that it may not match what every seller is seeking or fit every seller's budget.  So, we also offer a Discount Listing Plan as a unique alternative to our Primary Marketing Plan.

For $495 up front and 0.5% at closing (with an additional 3% being paid to a buyer's agent) we will provide the following services:

  • Standard Internet Syndication
  • Professional Sign
  • Schedule Showings
  • Relay Showing Feedback
  • Contract Negotiations
  • Closing Coordination
Differences from our Primary Marketing Plan:
  • Photographs and Lockbox are a la carte additional services
  • No craigslist or other classified site postings
  • No Marketing Specialists working on extra marketing ideas such as flyers, mailers, or business classifieds
  • No bi-weekly update reports
