Primary Marketing Plan

We have strategically developed a 10 point marketing plan that is the most effective in this new era of real estate.

  1. Appearance: We will take the time to offer our expertise on what needs to be painted, repaired or moved for optimal showing to prospective buyers.

  2. Honest Price: Some agents will suggest a high list price just to try and get your business and others might suggest a low list price to make sure they can sell it quickly. We will offer you our honest opinion of a price range that the market will bear and depending on your priorities of selling quickly or maximizing price.Marketing Plan to get your house sold in Charlotte, NC Real Estate

  3. Professional Photographs and Vidoes: Nearly all buyers today will search for your home on the internet and we have one shot to give them the best impression. For this reason we hire a professional photographer (and sometimes videographer, depending on the house) to present your house as best possible.

  4. Internet Marketing - 1,000+ Websites: There is nothing more important to selling your house in today's world than internet exposure. We put your listing on more than 1,000 of the most important real estate websites, including craigslist and other repeating classified sites on a regular interval.

  5. Team Collaboration: We believe that one of our greatest strength's at Group 15 Real Estate is our constant collaborative effort. All of our listings are briefed regularly with all of our agents. So, you get not just one agent trying to sell your house, but all of our agents.

  6. Signage and Phone Numbers: Your For Sale sign will contain a phone number that will ring every single Group 15 Real Estate agent at the same time - who are all prepared to take calls about your house. This means that, in general, if someone wants to talk about your house, they are not going to get voicemail.  Additionally, your sign will also include a dedicated Spanish speaking phone number to capture our even increasing population of Hispanic home buyers.

  7. Networking: Even with all of the latest 21st Century technologies, we understand that nothing can replace word of mouth networking. We take this very seriously and all of our agents are involved with many different networking groups connecting with many other agents and area VIP's. In doing so, we constantly seize those opportunities to promote your house.

  8. Methodical Communication: Did you know that the #1 complaint to the NC Real Estate Commission every single year is non-responsive agents? Each of our agents has a plan of methodical contact with each of our clients updating them on the status of their property.

  9. Custom Marketing Solutions: The previous 8 steps outline our standard starting place. However, we recognize that every seller, property and neighborhood are far from standard. We take the time with every prospective seller to learn about their unique goals and property to adjust our standard plan into just the right custom plan. We have Marketing Specialists on staff whose sole goal is to find creative venues for marketing your listing.

  10. Alternative Techniques: Group 15 Real Estate seeks out the most creative real estate agents who are willing to think outside of the box and employ alternative sales techniques such as a 10-day sale, auction, or Lease Purchase, just to name a few.
